Spring 2021 Blog Post #1
1) I am grateful for my daughter. Before my daughter was born, I was unmotivated and did not have much idea about what I wanted to do with my future. After she was born, though, I realized the importance of building a future for myself and have since been persevering to obtain my goals. By doing this in an open manner (one in which she sees on a constant basis), I feel that the impression that I can make will be imperative to how she will grow up and face the world and the challenges that it can present. This is a driving factor on why I strive to be successful in my future endeavors. 2) If I were to give advise to my younger self, I would probably accentuate the importance of focusing on school. Unfortunately, up until this point I have had to struggle immensely to achieve the knowledge I have, despite my peers having formed much of the knowledge that I currently have, long before I started to gain it.
